Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • Raw Mango - 100gm
  • Sugar (Rock sugar - 100gm)
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cardamom powder - 1/8 teaspoon
  • Mint leaves for Garnish.

Instruction

  • Peel the raw mango but keep green skin somewhere. Cut it into small chunks.
  • Put the raw mango chunks in a blending jar. Add sugar, salt and cardamom powder in it. Blend it for a minute.
  • Transfer it into a a serviing glass. Add chilled water in the glass. Stir well. Serve with fresh mint leaves.
