Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups Muir Glen™ Organic Pasta Sauce Cabernet Marinara or Tomato Basil pasta sauce
  • 1 package (9 oz) frozen meat or cheese ravioli
  • 1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 pinch coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 package (9 oz) frozen spinach, thawed according to package directions

Instruction

  • Add marinara sauce and 1/3 cup water to a 10-inch skillet and bring to a boil. Add the frozen ravioli and simmer, covered, over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, combine the ricotta, egg and half of the Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Arrange thawed spinach on top of the ravioli, and evenly spread the ricotta mixture in a layer on top of the spinach. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 more minutes.
  • Serve garnished with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
