  • 80 gms – ¾ cup Parmigiano Reggiano (finely grated)
  • Salt and pepper

  • 300 gms – 10.5 oz flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 gms – 5 ½ tbsp butter
  • 6 sage leaves
