Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 0.5 small Vanilla bean
  • 1 pc Melon (such as cantaloupe; 250 grams; chilled)
  • 0.5 cup milk (1.5% fat; chilled)
  • 1 scoop Raspberry sorbet (about 50 grams)
  • Ice cubes

Instruction

  • Halve vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
  • Peel the melon piece and cut into wedges. Cut off 1 thin wedge and dice the rest.
  • Finely crush the ice cubes and place in a glass.
  • Combine the vanilla seeds, melon cubes, milk and raspberry sorbet in a tall vessel and puree with an immersion blender. Pour the milk mixture into the glass, garnish with reserved melon wedge and serve immediately.
