Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (washed and drained)
  • 1 and ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 5 and ½ tablespoons butter* (at room temperature)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup sour cream ( or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter (cold and cut into cubes)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease a 8 or 9-inch springform pan with solid vegetable shortening or non-stick baking spray.
