Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg white
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (washed and drained)
- 1 and ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 5 and ½ tablespoons butter* (at room temperature)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup sour cream ( or plain Greek yogurt)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 3 tablespoons butter (cold and cut into cubes)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 8 or 9-inch springform pan with solid vegetable shortening or non-stick baking spray.
