The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 8 oz rhubarb stalks ((2 large or 3 medium, to yield 2 cups chopped pieces))
  • 6 oz fresh raspberries ((1 1/2 cups))
  • 3.5 oz granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp lemon juice (fresh)
  • 7 oz almond paste ((I used Odense brand))
  • 9 oz all-purpose flour ((2 cups) )
  • 4 oz powdered sugar ((1 cup) )
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 8 oz unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
