- 3.5 oz granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp lemon juice (fresh)
- 7 oz almond paste ((I used Odense brand))
- 9 oz all-purpose flour ((2 cups) )
- 4 oz powdered sugar ((1 cup) )
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 8 oz unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
