- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp light corn syrup
- 5 1/2 oz semi-sweet chocolate (finely chopped)
- 1 oz butter, at room temperature ((2 tbsp))
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 25 regular (not miniature marshmallows, about 6.75 oz)
- 1/4 cup raspberry puree reduction (made during the ganache steps)
- deep pink gel food coloring (optional)
- Fresh berries and chocolate shavings to garnish
