Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp molasses
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup vanilla greek yogurt (non-fat)
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups low-fat milk (1%)
  • fresh raspberries
  • cinnamon stick

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth (about 1 minute). Pour into glasses.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries and cinnamon stick, if desired.
