Ingredients

The following ingredients have 16 Servings
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 oz frozen limeade concentrate (thawed)
  • 1/3 cup light rum
  • 8 oz Whipped topping (I used Cool Whip)
  • 1 tbsp raspberry preserves
  • *baked pastry shell

Instruction

  • In the bowl of an electric stand mixer, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.  Add sweetened condensed milk, limeade, and preserves.  Beat until blended.  Add rum and mix thoroughly.
  • Fold in whipped topping and pour into pie crusts or pudding cups.  Chill for 4 to 6 hours until firm.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and raspberries if desired.
