Ingredients
The following ingredients have 16 Servings
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 6 oz frozen limeade concentrate (thawed)
- 1/3 cup light rum
- 8 oz Whipped topping (I used Cool Whip)
- 1 tbsp raspberry preserves
- *baked pastry shell
Instruction
- In the bowl of an electric stand mixer, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk, limeade, and preserves. Beat until blended. Add rum and mix thoroughly.
- Fold in whipped topping and pour into pie crusts or pudding cups. Chill for 4 to 6 hours until firm.
- Garnish with whipped cream and raspberries if desired.
