Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup butter ((2 sticks))
- 1½ cups granulated sugar
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups freeze-dried raspberries
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Instruction
- Beat cream cheese and butter together until fluffy.
- Add sugar, and beat well.
- Slowly mix in flour just until incorporated.
- Fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips.
- Chill 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Scoop chilled dough into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 13-14 minutes.
- Add more white chocolate chips to the tops of the baked cookies before they cool.
