Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup butter ((2 sticks))
  • 1½ cups granulated sugar
  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups freeze-dried raspberries
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Beat cream cheese and butter together until fluffy.
  • Add sugar, and beat well.
  • Slowly mix in flour just until incorporated.
  • Fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips.
  • Chill 2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Scoop chilled dough into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 13-14 minutes.
  • Add more white chocolate chips to the tops of the baked cookies before they cool.
