Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats*
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 egg
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk**
- ⅓ cup unsweetened organic applesauce
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- ⅓ cup fresh raspberries***
Instruction
- Spray a medium to large microwave-safe mug (or small bowl) with cooking spray and inside combine all ingredients except raspberries. Gradually stir in raspberries.
- Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. (I checked my mug at 2 minutes and then let it cook 1 minute more.)
- Stir in extra milk, yogurt or nut butter; if desired. Enjoy!
