Ingredients

The following ingredients have 30 Servings
  • 5 cups raw mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, pecans, walnuts)
  • 1/3 cup Thrive Culinary Algae Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast (optional)
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. dried dill
  • 1 tsp. dried chives
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. sea salt

Instruction

  • Pre-heat oven to 325º F.
  • In a small bowl combine the algae oil and seasonings and mix well to combine.
  • Add the mixed nuts to a large pan. Drizzle with the seasoned oil and toss so that all of the nuts are coated.
  • Roast in the oven for 20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool on pan.
  • Store cooled nuts in a sealed container or mason jar for up to 4 weeks.
