The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4- (6-ounce) bone-in pork chops
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1- (.4-ounce)package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
- cooking spray
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F; then prepare two bowls large enough to fit the chops.
- In one bowl add the eggs and whisk. In the other bowl add the breadcrumbs and Ranch package; then blend together.
- First dip the pork chop into the eggs; then into the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat for each; then place on a baking sheet with a rack or in an oven safe dish.
- Spray the tops with cooking spray; then bake for 35-45 minutes. (Cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of the pork chop.)
