Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4- (6-ounce) bone-in pork chops
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1- (.4-ounce)package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
  • cooking spray

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F; then prepare two bowls large enough to fit the chops.
  • In one bowl add the eggs and whisk. In the other bowl add the breadcrumbs and Ranch package; then blend together.
  • First dip the pork chop into the eggs; then into the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat for each; then place on a baking sheet with a rack or in an oven safe dish.
  • Spray the tops with cooking spray; then bake for 35-45 minutes. (Cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of the pork chop.)
