  • 3/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup red bell pepper (seeds removed and sliced into matchsticks )
  • 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar (Trader Joe brand )
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 3/4 lb chicken breast
