- 1 cup red bell pepper (seeds removed and sliced into matchsticks )
- 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley (chopped)
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar (Trader Joe brand )
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 3/4 lb chicken breast
