Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Russet potatoes about 350g or 12 oz (slice the potato into 1/4 inch thick slices)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instruction
- Butter the inside surface of the ramekins. Layer the potatoes into the ramekins and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Mix in the flour and salt and garlic powder, and stir constantly for about 1 minute. Stir in milk. Cook until mixture has thickened. Add all the cheese into the mixture and stir until melted. Pour cheese over the potatoes.
- Put the ramekins into the fryer basket and cover with a large sheet of aluminum foil. Fold the foil down along the outsides of ramekins. Place a metal steamer rack on top of foil so it will not be displaced during air frying.
- Air fry at 400F (200C) for about 30 minutes covered, then 2 more minutes uncovered.
- Best served when hot.
