Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 apple (peeled and diced)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup oil (or applesauce)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instruction

  • Place diced apples and raisins in the bottom of a greased square baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, stirring well.
  • Pour oatmeal mixture over apples in dish.
  • Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Allow to cool on counter 10 minutes before serving in bowls.
  • Drizzle additional milk into bowls as desired.
