Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 apple (peeled and diced)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/4 cup oil (or applesauce)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instruction
- Place diced apples and raisins in the bottom of a greased square baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, stirring well.
- Pour oatmeal mixture over apples in dish.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool on counter 10 minutes before serving in bowls.
- Drizzle additional milk into bowls as desired.
