Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 10 to 12 radishes (cut into matchsticks (about 2 cups))
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher or coarse sea salt (or to taste)
  • Chopped fresh cilantro ((optional))
  • Finely chopped jalapeño or serrano ((optional))

Instruction

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Let sit for at least 5 minutes and serve.
