Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 10 to 12 radishes (cut into matchsticks (about 2 cups))
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher or coarse sea salt (or to taste)
- Chopped fresh cilantro ((optional))
- Finely chopped jalapeño or serrano ((optional))
Instruction
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Let sit for at least 5 minutes and serve.
