Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Haas avocado
- 1 small garlic clove (, grated or very finely minced)
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- Salt & pepper to taste ((about 1/8 teaspoon each))
- 3-4 medium radishes
- 12-15 crackers ((use your favorite!))
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives or cilantro leaves for garnish
Instruction
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocado (I use my mojito muddler). Add the grated garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chopped cilantro or chives, if using. Mix well.
- Clean the radishes well, chop off the ends and the stems, and then carefully slice into thin slices.
- Assemble the crackers: Add about 1 teaspoon of the avocado mixture on top of each cracker. Place a radish slice on top, and gently press down. Sprinkle with chopped chives or cilantro for garnish, if desired.
