Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 Flatbread (or pita)
- 3 tomatoes (washed; trimmed and thinly sliced)
- 6 ozs fresh Mozzarella (drained and sliced)
- 6 Tbsps prepared Basil pesto
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Preheat the raclette grill.
- Cut flatbread or pita in half horizontally and place on raclette pan. Arrange the tomatoes and sliced mozzarella in a single overlapping layer on the flatbread. Spoon pesto on top of the tomatoes and mozzarella and season with salt and pepper; to taste.
- Place under the raclette grill. Cook until the mozzarella cheese is melted and golden.
