Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted and diced
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Juice of fresh 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander seed
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper, or to taste
- To serve: corn tortilla chips or chopped vegetables
Instruction
- Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh from your avocados into the bowl of your food processor.
- Add in the remaining ingredients. Pulse until smooth, stoping to scape the sides with a spatula several times.
- Season with sea salt and pepper to taste then transfer to a serving bowl.
- Immediately serve with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
