Ingredients
The following ingredients have 15 Servings
- 2/3 cup warm water (about 110F)
- 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound shrimp, shells and tails removed
- dry white wine
- a large sprig of dill
- salt
- 1 cup fresh dill
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil, canola oil, or other oil (for the dill oil)
- 1 large egg yolk, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice (or pureed and strained unripe strawberry if you want to go very new Nordic)
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cold water
- 3/4 cup neutral flavored oil such as canola or safflower (for the mayo)
