Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups sun-dried tomatoes (minced)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 Tbsps white wine
- 1 bulb garlic (roasted)
- 6 oz goat cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup pesto sauce ((I use Kirkland's))
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray deep casserole dish with cooking spray. I used 8 1/2" X 6 1/2" X 2 1/2 inch deep.
