Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups sun-dried tomatoes (minced)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 Tbsps white wine
  • 1 bulb garlic (roasted)
  • 6 oz goat cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 3/4 cup pesto sauce ((I use Kirkland's))

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray deep casserole dish with cooking spray. I used 8 1/2" X 6 1/2" X 2 1/2 inch deep.
