Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1 cup water (part can be replaced with milk or cream)
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup berries (fresh or frozen (thaw frozen berries))
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts (shelled hemp seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or to taste)

Instruction

  • Combine quinoa flakes, salt and water (I like to replace a couple tablespoons with milk or cream) in a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute.
  • Top with Greek yogurt, berries and hemp hearts. Drizzle with maple syrup.
