Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
- 1 cup water (part can be replaced with milk or cream)
- pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup berries (fresh or frozen (thaw frozen berries))
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts (shelled hemp seeds)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or to taste)
Instruction
- Combine quinoa flakes, salt and water (I like to replace a couple tablespoons with milk or cream) in a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute.
- Top with Greek yogurt, berries and hemp hearts. Drizzle with maple syrup.
