Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa ((I like to use leftovers from dinner!))
- 1 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 small pear (sliced)
- 12 strawberries (sliced)
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
- 4 Tbsp honey
Instruction
- Into each serving bowl, evenly divide and spoon in the yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, sliced pears. Sprinkle the cooked quinoa, chopped walnuts and hemp hearts over the top. Drizzle the honey over the fruit, yogurt and toppings.
- Serve Quinoa & Berries Smoothie Bowl.
