Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 c. cooked and shredded roast beef
  • 1 c. salsa
  • 1 16 oz. can refried beans
  • 2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 c. shredded cheese (divided) (cheddar, pepperjack, Monterey Jack, etc.)
  • 8 flour tortillas (8-10 inch)

Instruction

  • In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, except tortillas and 1/2 a cup shredded cheese.
  • Divide meat mixture and spoon on one side of each tortilla. Fold edges over filling and roll tortillas up to make burritos.
