Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 3/4 cups instant rice
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instruction

  • In a 2 qt. saucepan, mix the soup and broth together and bring to a boil.
  • Add in the rice, cheese and salsa. Stir to combine. Cover the pan and remove from heat.
  • Allow to stand for 5-8 minutes, until rice is cook and most of the liquid is absorbed. Serves 4.
