Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 large red onion, peeled and very thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup apple cider or white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1–2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Instruction
- In a small saucepan, bring the vinegar, salt, and sugar to a boil.
- Place onions in a jar and pour hot vinegar mixture over them, pressing onions down into liquid.
- Let cool to room temperature, then cover and chill until ready to use. Will keep in refrigerator for 3-4 weeks. Enjoy!
