Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb. shrimp (deveined- any size you prefer )
- 3 tbsps. raw honey
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup lime juice (fresh is best )
- 3 cloves garlic (mashed)
- 1/4 tsp. adobo spice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsps. scallions (diced )
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds (to top)
Instruction
- Add honey, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and spices to a medium-sized bowl. Whisk until combined.
- Add shrimp to either a large zippered bag or directly into the whisked ingredients. Seal bag, or cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate.
- For maximum flavor, marinade for at least 2 hours.
- Once marinaded, add shrimp and marinade directly into a skillet over medium heat. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until pink throughout.
- Top with sesame seeds and fresh scallions.
- Serve your shrimp and marinade sauce over rice, potatoes, or your favorite side.
