Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb. shrimp (deveined- any size you prefer )
  • 3 tbsps. raw honey
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lime juice (fresh is best )
  • 3 cloves garlic (mashed)
  • 1/4 tsp. adobo spice
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsps. scallions (diced )
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds (to top)

Instruction

  • Add honey, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and spices to a medium-sized bowl. Whisk until combined.
  • Add shrimp to either a large zippered bag or directly into the whisked ingredients. Seal bag, or cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate.
  • For maximum flavor, marinade for at least 2 hours.
  • Once marinaded, add shrimp and marinade directly into a skillet over medium heat. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until pink throughout.
  • Top with sesame seeds and fresh scallions.
  • Serve your shrimp and marinade sauce over rice, potatoes, or your favorite side.
