The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 10 saltine crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instruction
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Mix meat, cracker crumbs and mustard until well blended; press into 8x4-inch loaf pan.
- Bake 40 min. or until done (160°F).
- Spread meatloaf with ketchup. Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
