The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 10 saltine crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)
  • 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instruction

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix meat, cracker crumbs and mustard until well blended; press into 8x4-inch loaf pan.
  • Bake 40 min. or until done (160°F).
  • Spread meatloaf with ketchup. Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
