The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 6 oz orange roughy fillets
- 1/4 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
- non stick cooking spray
Instruction
- Directions: Combine breadcrumbs, parsley, and paprika in a shallow dish. Combine yogurt and mustard. Dip fish in yogurt mixture, and dredge in breadcrumb mixture; Spray 4-inch rack and place fish on rack. Cook on power level high for 3-4 minutes per side. The fish should be flakey and moist. Squeeze fresh lemon over fish. Tips: If cooking from frozen, cook on power level high for 5-7 minutes per side.
