Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 c nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 3/4 c white whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c ground flax
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 c rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instruction

  • Beat the bananas and mix the liquidingredients to create a smooth batter.
  • Add the dry ingredients and mix.
  • Spoon 1/4c into a lined muffin tin.
  • Bake at 350F for 15 mins. (Do NOT overbake!) Flash freeze or enjoy warm.
  • Place in a single layer in a freezer gallon bag and freeze.
