Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 cup apple cooked hot *to taste
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 4 tbs sugar
  • 2 tbs boiling water
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tbs self-raising flour
  • 1 pinch salt

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 210-230C.
  • In a basin, place butter, sugar and boiling water, and beat well. Add egg and beat again.
  • Beat in flour and salt.
  • Place hot fruit in a pie dish, cover with sponge mix, bake for 20-30 minutes until golden, and sponge comes clean with a skewer.
