Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 1/2 lbs whole fish (scaled and gutted)
  • 2 large tomatoes ((diced))
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 125 gr Cayenne peppers
  • 3 -4 Thai chili (more if want it spicier)
  • 5 shallots ((peeled))
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp coconut sugar (or more to taste, you can use brown sugar)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or more to taste)
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 kaffir lime leaves (tear edges to release flavor)
