The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 1/2 lbs whole fish (scaled and gutted)
- 2 large tomatoes ((diced))
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 125 gr Cayenne peppers
- 3 -4 Thai chili (more if want it spicier)
- 5 shallots ((peeled))
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp coconut sugar (or more to taste, you can use brown sugar)
- 1/2 tsp salt (or more to taste)
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 kaffir lime leaves (tear edges to release flavor)
