Ingredients

The following ingredients have 40 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 tbs custard powder
  • 140 g butter softened
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 8 tbs sugar
  • 1/4 cup berry jam

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Cream butter, sugar and eggs together.
  • Gently fold in sifted flour, custard powder and cinnamon.
  • Roll dough into small balls.
  • Place on greased tray and make an indent for the jam with a floured spoon or similar.
  • Add a small amount of jam.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
