Ingredients
The following ingredients have 40 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 6 tbs custard powder
- 140 g butter softened
- 2 eggs beaten
- 8 tbs sugar
- 1/4 cup berry jam
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Cream butter, sugar and eggs together.
- Gently fold in sifted flour, custard powder and cinnamon.
- Roll dough into small balls.
- Place on greased tray and make an indent for the jam with a floured spoon or similar.
- Add a small amount of jam.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
