Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lb raw shrimp ( large/jumbo size, peeled & deveined)
  • 3 tablespoons oil (I like avocado oil)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 5 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 3-5 tablespoons butter
  • fresh parsley (chopped for garnish)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Into the big bowl add 2 lb shrimp, 3 tablespoon oil, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Mix, then transfer shrimp onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-12 min, or until pink and cooked thru. Add butter.
  • Serve with mashed or scalloped potatoes and freshly chopped parsley. Enjoy!
