Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 frozen hamburger patties
  • 12 taco-sized flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups prepared pico de gallo
  • 2 cups spring mix lettuce
  • optional: sour cream

Instruction

  • Grill burgers according to your family's preferences and set aside to rest.
  • Meanwhile, heat a griddle on medium heat and spray with non stick spray.
  • Use a small bowl to trim tortillas to better fit burger patties - this step is not necessary, but makes them look nicer.
  •  Lay an even amount of tortillas on griddle and sprinkle generously with cheese.
  • Once cheese is melted, place a burger patty on half of the tortillas.
  • Spread pico de gallo over the burgers and lay spring mix on top.
  • Top each burger with a second quesadilla
  • Repeat process for remaining tortillas & burgers.
  • Serve with sour cream for dipping.
