- 2 Purple Sweet Potatoes
- 2 Heap tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 2 pinches Salt
- 1 pinch Coconut Flakes
Instruction
- Roast in the oven for about 45mins. Once soft and gooey inside remove the skin (bake skin further for crispy veg chips) and place the inside in a large bowl. Smoosh into a mooshy gooshy mash. Add coconut oil and salt. Smoosh further. Garnish with coconut flakes. Serve up.
