Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk (I prefer unsweetened)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch ginger
  • pinch cloves
  • pinch nutmeg

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and add any additional spices or 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup, if needed.
