Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 cups rice cereal
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 10 oz. full-size marshmallows
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ¾ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ground allspice
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • 2 cups mini-marshmallows

Instruction

  • Grease or spray a 9”x5” bread pan; set dish aside. (See note.)
  • Place rice cereal in a large bowl; set bowl aside.
  • Using a large saucepan, add butter, marshmallows, and spices. Place over low heat, stirring often, until mixture is completely melted and smooth.
  • Pour melted marshmallow mixture over cereal and stir until well-coated.
  • Stir in the mini-marshmallows.
  • Using a spatula or a piece of wax paper, press coated cereal evenly into prepared baking dish. Let cool completely before slicing.
