Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 cups rice cereal
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 10 oz. full-size marshmallows
- 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- ¾ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp ground allspice
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- 2 cups mini-marshmallows
Instruction
- Grease or spray a 9”x5” bread pan; set dish aside. (See note.)
- Place rice cereal in a large bowl; set bowl aside.
- Using a large saucepan, add butter, marshmallows, and spices. Place over low heat, stirring often, until mixture is completely melted and smooth.
- Pour melted marshmallow mixture over cereal and stir until well-coated.
- Stir in the mini-marshmallows.
- Using a spatula or a piece of wax paper, press coated cereal evenly into prepared baking dish. Let cool completely before slicing.
