Ingredients

The following ingredients have 20 Servings
  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 1/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar (honey or maple syrup works)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instruction

  • Mix everything together in a bowl.
  • Use your hands or a cookie scooper to form balls.
  • Roll them between your hands to get them smooth.
  • Store them in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy them throughout the week.
