Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
- 1/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar (honey or maple syrup works)
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instruction
- Mix everything together in a bowl.
- Use your hands or a cookie scooper to form balls.
- Roll them between your hands to get them smooth.
- Store them in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy them throughout the week.
