Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon 100% maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice (blend of nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice)
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 3 scoops protein powder
  • pumpkin seeds (pepitas for topping)

Instruction

  • Place all of the ingredients except for pumpkin seeds in a small bowl or jar.
  • Stir well and cover.
  • Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Top with pumpkin seeds.
  • Eat and enjoy!
