The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 8- ounce package of Pumpkin Spice marshmallows
- 3 tbsp butter
- 8 cups popped popcorn
- M&Ms for topping (optional)
Instruction
- Prep: Start by popping the popcorn and set aside in a large bowl. Then, coat an 8X8 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray (this is an important step, do not skip).
- Cook mixture: Next, combine the marshmallows and butter in a saucepan, cook and melt, over medium heat, stirring until completely melted and smooth. Once the mixture has completely melted, proceed to pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and stir until the popcorn is well coated.
- Then, scoop the entire mixture into the prepared pan and press down until evenly distributed. I usually spray the back of a wooden spoon with PAM Cooking Spray and use that to press the mixture into the pan. If you don't spray the spoon first, it will stick and make it much more difficult. Sometimes I just spray my fingers and use those to press the mixture down.
- Cool & set: I sprinkled some M&Ms on the top just for fun decoration and more amazing taste, but this is optional. Let the coated popcorn cool for about 20 minutes, then cut into squares, serve and enjoy!
