The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons espresso powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup canola or vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups heavy cream, chilled
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • caramel sauce (I used half of this recipe)
  • cinnamon
