- 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons espresso powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 2 1/4 cups heavy cream, chilled
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- caramel sauce (I used half of this recipe)
