Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 4 cups old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup pecans (halved)
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • ½ cup walnuts (halved)
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 225°F, and lightly spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine the rolled oats, pecans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup. Stir well to make sure all the ingredients are well mixed.
  • Transfer the granola mixture to the prepared baking sheet, and spread into an even layer.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes.
  • Remove the granola from the oven, and allow to cool. Stir in the cranberries and enjoy!
