Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 4 cups old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup pecans (halved)
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- ½ cup walnuts (halved)
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 225°F, and lightly spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the rolled oats, pecans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup. Stir well to make sure all the ingredients are well mixed.
- Transfer the granola mixture to the prepared baking sheet, and spread into an even layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes.
- Remove the granola from the oven, and allow to cool. Stir in the cranberries and enjoy!
