Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Shortening
- 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1 Bag Nestle Pumpkin Spice Chips
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In the bowl of a standing mixer, add the butter and shortening and mix until smooth. Add the sugars and mix again for at least 1-2 minutes. Mix in the salt, vanilla, egg and vinegar on low.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking soda, flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Add to the wet ingredients and mix on low until combined then stir in the pumpkin chips.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a silpat or parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Enjoy!
