Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Shortening
  • 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1 Bag Nestle Pumpkin Spice Chips

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • In the bowl of a standing mixer, add the butter and shortening and mix until smooth. Add the sugars and mix again for at least 1-2 minutes. Mix in the salt, vanilla, egg and vinegar on low.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking soda, flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Add to the wet ingredients and mix on low until combined then stir in the pumpkin chips.
  • Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a silpat or parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Enjoy!
