Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup milk ((or milk substitute))
  • 6 ice cubes (- 8 ice cubes)
  • 2 Tablespoon plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or pumpkin spice)

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth, pour into a glass, and serve immediately.
