Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup unsweetened canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup milk ((or milk substitute))
- 6 ice cubes (- 8 ice cubes)
- 2 Tablespoon plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or pumpkin spice)
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth, pour into a glass, and serve immediately.
