Ingredients

The following ingredients have 11 Servings
  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw pepitas
  • 1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups raw almonds (whole)
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • pinch salt

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Place all dry ingredients into a large bowl and stir.
  • Melt butter, maple syrup and brown sugar together in a small bowl in the microwave, about 1 minute. Stir in vanilla, and spices. Pour entire contents over dry ingredients in bowl. Stir to coat evenly and spread evenly between 2 baking sheets.
  • Bake 1 hour or until very golden brown. Remove from oven, cool completely, then store in air tight containers for up to 2 weeks...that is if it lasts that long.
