Ingredients
The following ingredients have 11 Servings
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raw pepitas
- 1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 cups raw almonds (whole)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup real maple syrup
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- pinch salt
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place all dry ingredients into a large bowl and stir.
- Melt butter, maple syrup and brown sugar together in a small bowl in the microwave, about 1 minute. Stir in vanilla, and spices. Pour entire contents over dry ingredients in bowl. Stir to coat evenly and spread evenly between 2 baking sheets.
- Bake 1 hour or until very golden brown. Remove from oven, cool completely, then store in air tight containers for up to 2 weeks...that is if it lasts that long.
