- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 1 cup plus 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground ginger
