Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 ripe frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons 100% pure pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie mix
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Toppings: Sahale Snacks, chia seeds, pomegranate seeds and any other favorites

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients (except toppings) to blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to bowl and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy immediately!
