The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup ice
- 1 banana
- 3 Tbsp Greek Yogurt (Vanilla, Plain, or Pumpkin)
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Powder (French Vanilla (Chocolate might give a great flavor as well!))
- Coconut
- Pecans
- Almonds
- Dried Cranberries (Raisins, Cherries, etc.)
- Sunflower Seeds
- Honey
- Maple Syrup
Instruction
- In a high-powered blender, pour in almond milk, pumpkin puree, banana, Greek Yogurt, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, ice, and Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Powder.
- Blend on high, until mix is smooth.
- Pour into a large bowl.
- Top with coconut, pecans, almonds, dried cranberries, raisins, dried cherries, or sunflower seeds. If desired, top with honey or extra maple syrup.
- Serve immediately.
